Today I had lunch with Marianne Pettersson-Soold. Always fun to visit someone else's studio. She showed some exciting wallpaper pattern, which were on display at the Garden Fair this year, and she is a star on calligraphy and embroidery. Who does'nt want to embroider when you see all these lollipop colours...

Sur la Plage
Ingela och jag minglade på Design Galleriet. Bea Szenfeld visade en haute papier kollektion. Där varje handgjort plagg, utskuret i papper, tagit minst 2 månader.
Ingela and I mingled at Design Gallery . Bea Szenfeld showed a papier haute collection. Where any handmade garment, cut in paper, taken at least 2 months.

What is hidden in the dust
Har dammat några gamla böcker i min bokhylla och tillåtit mig inspireras.
Have dusted some old books in my bookcase and allowed me inspiration.

Busy day
Paul Smith, årets Guest of Honour på Stockholm Furniture Fair 2010. Surprisingly, human and natural, quite nice actually.

Among other things, he exhibit items that were posted to him by a fan for over twenty years, but he do not know by who. I and Marie Lundgren Carlgren gazing at the exhibition.

Later in the afternoon we went to the art book shop Konst-ig and met Japanese designer Yurio Seki.

There she exhibited her products and books. Of course, I had my copy with me and got it signed, always fun. Hope that Salvia soon will be found at KIKI in Stockholm.

My kind of book
It really is! Finally I had the time. You have to give this inspiring book, where Camilla Engman shows her work and life, plenty of time. I discover new things everytime I open it.
